Much of the time the painful emotions we carry originated from difficult or traumatic experiences we endured in the past and are elicited by situations we encounter in our everyday lives. At eFIT, we help our members better understand their emotional experiences, in all their nuance, and then transform the painful emotions that negatively impact their lives.
If you struggle with anxiety (social anxiety, GAD, panic), depression or low mood, trauma (including PTSD and complex trauma), low self-worth, emotion dysregulation, borderline personality disorder, eating disorders, negative body image, psychosis, grief, relationship or adjustment difficulties, the eFIT approach will support transformation in your life by taking an integrated and multi faceted therapy approach.
