Frequently Asked Questions
How does payment work?
For our core Evolve membership package, members pay for their weekly group psychotherapy (eligible for most extended benefits packages) and the rest of the programming (e.g., somatic classes, gym membership and programming, nutritional support) is considered pro bono (i.e., free) as part of your membership package.
What if I don’t have insurance?
Members who do not have extended insurance coverage through their work pay out-of-pocket for the therapy services.
What if I’m only interested in a gym membership?
No problem! We have a monthly gym membership package called “Enhance” that allows individuals interested in prioritizing their physical health and well being access to our gym, coaches, classes and more!
What happens when I graduate from the Evolve Therapy Program?
After you complete the Evolve Program, you can graduate to the Enhance Program and switch to a monthly membership to maintain your access to the gym, coaching, classes and community. This will allow you to continue your health journey indefinitely to maintain the fundamental pillars of your mental health.
What if I am currently struggling with an eating disorder?
Our team of practitioners will ensure safe re-regulation of food and nourishment before adding any activity or exercise that could put you at risk. Our dietitian and psychologists support members to learn to nourish themselves for lifelong health and weight management to support optimal health outcomes.
What if I’ve never really exercised before?
No problem! Our programming is tailored to the individual needs of our clients, and is evidence based to support long term wellness outcomes (not push you beyond your nervous system limits!). Our amazing coaches are available to provide 1-to-1 support when you are getting started to ensure that you learn how to follow your programming and more importantly, feel right at home in the space!
What if I’m struggling with obesity or other chronic health conditions
We’ve got you! Our health psychologist, nurse, dietitian, physiotherapist, and osteopath will ensure that we meet you where you are at, and adjust the programming to meet your health concerns and goals. Nothing is cookie cutter, everything is individualized to you. We can work with autoimmune, chronic pain, neurological symptoms, and weight considerations to support your overall health.
When are the somatic classes?
We have somatic classes at various times throughout the week, including 7:15am, 4pm, 6pm, and 8pm. You will be provided a schedule when onboarding with our nurse and intake coordinator.
Are there any group training classes in the gym?
Yes! We are pleased to announce that we have started a group training program. Classes are currently offered at 6:15am, but soon we will add an evening class as well. Not into group training? No sweat! We also provide individual programming that you can do on your own schedule anytime throughout the day in the gym.
Is the community inclusive?
We have built a community space that has a place for everyone. Come as you are, and bring your whole self. You are welcome here!
