Help members experience notable changes in underlying emotions
Our goal at eFIT is to help our members move past a constant need to manage symptoms using behavioural strategies (which we know can be exhausting!), and experience notable changes in underlying emotions at the root of the pain (so that ongoing strategies to manage symptoms daily aren’t necessary anymore… as hard as it often is to imagine).

Emotion-focused therapy
Our therapeutic approach is based on an Emotion-Focused Therapy framework, which transforms emotion though emotion. We offer both group and individual therapy with our team of compassionate and skilled psychologists. We serve members throughout Ontario, offering therapy virtually.
