Emotion-focused therapy for trauma, mood, and relational challenges
Emotional pain can take many forms — sometimes it’s hard to name, and other times it’s all-consuming. Whether you’re navigating a new diagnosis, feeling stuck in patterns, or processing past trauma, our team offers therapy that’s grounded, evidence-based, and personalized. No matter what brings you in, you don’t have to face it alone.
Anxiety
Anxiety can show up as racing thoughts, panic attacks, physical tension, or constant worry. Through Emotion-Focused Therapy, we help you understand the emotional patterns underneath anxiety and build tools to move through it.
BPD
Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) often involves intense emotions, fear of abandonment, and unstable relationships. Our therapists use Emotion-Focused Therapy to help you safely explore emotional triggers and build secure, meaningful connections.

Much of the time the painful emotions we carry originated from difficult or traumatic experiences we endured in the past and are elicited by situations we encounter in our everyday lives. At eFIT, we help our members better understand their emotional experiences, in all their nuance, and then transform the painful emotions that negatively impact their lives.
