Move. Learn. Connect. Grow.

eFIT's turf and weight training space for Endure classes

Endure Class

Build strength, capacity, and trust in what your body can do.

Endure is our 60-minute movement-based group class designed to support both physical and emotional resilience.

Through functional strength, conditioning, rehab, mobility, and accessible exercise, members are guided to engage in movement while staying connected to their bodies and nervous systems.

This is not a “push through at all costs” workout. You are encouraged to notice your energy, stress, physical cues, and capacity on any given day, then move accordingly.

Some days that means building intensity. Other days it means slowing down.

Endure helps you experience exercise as a practice of strength, self-trust, and emotional wellbeing, rather than punishment, appearance, or performance.

It runs every morning and evening throughout the week, and Saturdays at 8am.

Embody Class

Come back into your body and learn how to feel at ease there.

Embody is our 60-minute somatic practice class focused on nervous system regulation, mind-body connection, and learning to respond to your body’s signals with greater awareness and care.

Classes may incorporate gentle movement, breathwork, mobility, grounding, mindfulness, and other somatic practices that help you slow down and notice what is happening inside.

For people who have spent years disconnected from their bodies, overwhelmed by emotion, or living in a state of chronic stress, this can be an important complement to therapy.

Embody helps you practice regulation from the inside, strengthening your capacity to soothe yourself, listen to your body, and move through life feeling more grounded and connected.

Eat! Program

Step out of food rules and learn how to nourish yourself again.

Eat! is eFIT’s nutrition and body image program designed to help members build a more balanced, informed, and freeing relationship with food and their bodies.

Led by our nutrition and mental health team, the program combines psychoeducation on nutrition, metabolism, weight science, hunger and satiety, intuitive eating, disordered eating, and body image with practical support for bringing these ideas into everyday life.

Rather than prescribing another diet or asking you to micromanage what you eat, Eat! helps you understand your body’s needs, challenge misinformation and rigid food rules, and move toward eating with greater flexibility and confidence.

The broader goal is food freedom and a relationship with your body increasingly guided by nourishment, attunement, respect, and care rather than shame, fear, or control.
